What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help pages function, remember preferences, and—when you allow them—understand how the site is used.
How we use cookies
Workspace Cedarpoint uses essential cookies required for basic site operation and optional analytics cookies that help us see which pages are useful. Your choice is stored locally under a brand-prefixed key. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to assessments information or the contact form.
Types of cookies
- Essential — remember cookie preference and support form session reliability.
- Analytics — only if accepted; aggregate visit counts and referrers without selling profiles.
Cookies table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| workspace-cedarpoint-cookie-consent | Stores Accept or Reject preference for the cookie banner | 1 year (localStorage) | Workspace Cedarpoint |
| _wc_essential | Supports basic site functionality | Session | Workspace Cedarpoint |
| _wc_analytics | Optional aggregate page-view measurement when accepted | 6 months | Workspace Cedarpoint |
Managing cookies
Use the Accept or Reject buttons on our banner when it appears. You can also clear site data in your browser settings, which removes the stored preference and may show the banner again. Browser controls can block cookies entirely; essential features may then need to be reconfirmed on each visit.
Third-party cookies
We may load fonts from Google Fonts, which can involve network requests to Google. We do not embed advertising trackers. If we add a third-party analytics provider later, this page will be updated before those cookies are set for accepting visitors.
Impact of disabling
Disabling optional analytics cookies does not remove access to service pages, guides, or contact forms. Blocking all cookies may reset preferences and reduce our ability to diagnose site errors.
